What you are actually buying
A branded membership network. Official Launch card: community with courses and events. Members use Mighty on iOS, Android, and the web. Your own name in the stores is Mighty Pro. That is a different shape from Circle’s branded community with a website builder, and from Skool’s one-feed room.
Your Stripe, plus Mighty’s cut. Docs: when you use Mighty payments, a plan-based transaction fee is deducted from Stripe earnings; Stripe is the processor. Pricing grid tonight: 2% / 1% / 0.5% / 0.5%. Docs also name Explore 5% and Growth Free Trial 5% — not the three public dollar cards.
Courses inside the network. On-demand, cohort, and live courses are on the comparison grid. That is still a membership host with courses attached — not a Thinkific LMS and not Kajabi’s product OS.
What the fees do to a simple offer
Mighty’s percentage is on top of Stripe (web). Arithmetic on listed price, Mighty’s cut only, no tax, no Apple cut:
